Ausclimate Delivery Update (COVID-19)

Ausclimate Delivery-Update

Hello friends. Despite these very difficult times for many Australian businesses, Ausclimate are proud to be keeping our doors open for you, our valued customers. As always, health remains our very top priority. At this time the health of our customers, our employees and the businesses that help us get our products to you is of utmost importance.

For this reason, during this current health crisis, we are making a change to our current delivery procedures (via our delivery partners, Fastway Couriers/Aramex Australia) to better protect the health of both our couriers and our customers. This change will eliminate the need for any physical contact at the time of delivery by no longer requiring signatures for all parcel deliveries.

"Important updates to our delivery procedures:
To minimise the risk of spreading or contracting coronavirus, signatures will not be required for parcel delivery. We will be processing all deliveries as an ATL (Authority to Leave) transaction. This means the parcel will be left in a safe place at the delivery address, and a photo will be taken of the item at the door. If the courier cannot deliver the package to a safe place, they will leave a calling card with further instructions. In this instance, the parcel will be dropped into a local Parcel Connect outlet for collection at a convenient time or returned to the nearest depot for re-delivery.

No signature will be required, allowing for a contactless delivery to take place. These will be temporary measures during the COVID-19 situation, and we will advise you at a future date when the policy is updated. Our conditions of carriage have been updated and are available on our website."

As always, please don't hesitate to get in touch if you do have any questions. If you do need to contact our delivery partners, Fastway Couriers/Aramex Australia regarding the delivery of your order, the best way to reach a Customer Service representative right now is to lodge an enquiry via their website at

Thank you and stay safe everyone.
