The ongoing challenges of COVID-19 may result in some delivery delays. Please note that we are doing everything that we can to minimize any inconvenience.

To minimise the risk of spreading or contracting COVID-19, signatures will not be required for parcel delivery. Fastway Couriers/Aramex Australia will be processing all deliveries as an ATL (Authority to Leave) transaction. This means the parcel will be left in a safe place at the delivery address, and a photo will be taken of the item at the door. If the courier cannot deliver the package to a safe place, they will leave a calling card with further instructions. In this instance, the parcel will be dropped into a local Parcel Connect outlet for collection at a convenient time or returned to the nearest depot for re-delivery. For more information:


  • What sets Ausclimate’s 'Free Delivery' apart from the rest?

    We believe that "free delivery” should be free no matter where you live in Australia. We pride ourselves on providing this service to you, free-of-charge for our products wherever you live in the country, including small towns & rural Australia. (Not just in selected cities & major metropolitan areas)

  • Where exactly do you provide free delivery?

    Free Delivery is applicable to anywhere on mainland Australia & Tasmania

  • Which units are eligible for free delivery?

    Our complete domestic range (non-commercial) is included in our free delivery offer.

  • Can you deliver internationally?

    We sure can. While international deliveries are not included in our free delivery offer, our international customers are welcome to get in touch with us directly for details about our affordable overseas delivery rates. We also welcome your own freight pickup, direct from our warehouses.

  • Will my purchase be delivered to my home or business address?

    Yes however in some isolated or remote areas your purchase may have to be collected from an alternative location.

  • How do I know when my product will be delivered?

    You will be notified via email (you may need to check your ‘junk mail’ folder) by either Ausclimate or the courier company. The email will have your ‘tracking number’ which enables you to follow the transport movements of your purchase through the courier's website.

  • How long will my product take to be delivered?

    Purchases will be dispatched the following business day. Generally, delivery is within 1-3 business days in most eastern state cities & regional areas however some rural areas and western states can take longer.

  • Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?

    Courier drivers require a signature as proof of delivery however you can give them authority to leave it in a safe place if you prefer (you can add delivery instructions when purchasing online or over the phone)

  • Can the delivery driver call me when it will be delivered?

    Generally no, however we do encourage customers to leave a contact number just in case the driver needs to call you.

  • Can I have my product delivered to a Post Office?

    Post Offices (or PO Box numbers) will not accept deliveries from courier companies without prior consent however you can call Ausclimate to discuss alternative delivery options.

  • Who will deliver my parcel?

    Generally we use Fastway Couriers for our deliveries however in some areas Fastway Couriers will use ‘on forwarding’ courier companies to make the delivery.

  • Who do I call if my product hasn’t been delivered?

    You can call the courier company depot direct to enquire about your delivery (remember to have your tracking number available). All contact details can be found here:
