Warranty & Returns Policy

Ausclimate’s approach is 100% customer satisfaction. We want you to enjoy many years of benefits from your product.

We offer our customers a free trial period of 7 days from date of delivery. If you are not satisfied, just contact us for return and refund – this is evidence of our faith in our range of products (applicable for domestic use only). Refer to ‘To make a claim or return’ for more information.

Ausclimate provides warranty against defects and workmanship from the date of purchase by the original purchaser. The product or any part found to be defective will be remedied at Ausclimate’s option through our authorised service agents and importantly at our expense. This warranty is void in cases where the product has been abused, mishandled, tampered, used under wrong voltage and/or repaired/serviced by unauthorised parties.

Our products (excluding commercial range) carry a 2-year warranty for domestic use and 6-month warranty for non domestic use.

This warranty is in addition to any other warranty and repair rights within Australia.

To make a claim or return

Damaged or incorrect delivery
If your product arrives in a defective or damaged condition, please contact Ausclimate immediately so that we may replace the product as soon as practicable. You will be required to return the product in the original packing to ensure it is not damaged during return transit.

7 day trial period return
If you wish to return the product within the 7 day trial period, contact Ausclimate to arrange return and refund. The product must be returned at your own expense and in original condition, along with original carton packaging (in good condition) and documents so that it may be re-entered into stock as a saleable product. Any product returned in damaged condition may not be accepted under the terms of the trial offer.

Important air purifier trial period note:
We charge no restocking fees, however for health & hygiene purposes we pass on 50% discounted filter price fee to the customer to fully replace any opened or used filters.

Warranty
All products sold are with warranty unless otherwise stated.

To make a warranty claim, please contact Ausclimate to provide proof of purchase so that we can arrange repair or replacement without fuss. Ausclimate may request you to forward the product directly to Ausclimate or one of its authorised service agents in accordance with the warranty.

We will arrange for testing of the product to determine whether the product satisfies the terms of the warranty so that the product may be repaired or replaced under warranty or whether the claim is not valid within the terms of the warranty.

If after testing we find that the product is not faulty or damaged and any fault was caused by the customer, we may at our discretion return the product to the customer with relevant inspection and freight costs.

Warranty turnaround times
We will do our best to ensure the warranty process is carried out as quickly as practicable. Ausclimate will not be responsible for any losses resulting from the time it takes to have the faulty item replaced or repaired.
